In 2013, I bought my first "real" camera, a refurbished Canon Rebel T3. I had so much fun taking pictures of anything that caught my eye and slowly came to realize how much I really enjoyed the art of photography. There are endless possibilities of creating magic with a camera and I have finally discovered something I am truly passionate about! That's when Ashley Leite Photography was born.

 

This passion didn't just come from anywhere. Growing up, I was always around creative people, especially my Grampa. Grampa Shaw was a photographer in WWII and an all around creative, whimsical man who was a tremendous influence to me. I loved doing artsy projects with him at my grandparent's home growing up and my love for creativity has never slowed down. I now proudly display his old photo equipment in my own home. I love sharing the history when asked about the old cameras and lenses on my mantle.

Not only do I get to live my passion, but I get to see the joy in my client's faces when they see their memories captured in my photos. Whether it be a holiday portrait session, a wedding day, or even a cake smash, I try to provide a laid back, fun experience from start to finish.
